Where do the jobs come from?
Directly from the public job boards companies publish through their applicant-tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby). That means real, current postings, with no aggregator reposts or stale listings.
Does Occupations submit applications without me?
No, and that's deliberate. Bulk-submitting untailored applications hurts your reputation with recruiters and breaks many sites' terms. Occupations does the heavy lifting (finding, tailoring, autofilling), and you take one last look before you submit.
Will the AI make things up on my resume?
No. It's instructed to only reorder and reword experience that's actually on your resume. When a job asks for something you don't show, it lists it as a gap with honest suggestions.
What happens to my resume?
It's parsed in your browser and saved only on your device. It's sent to the server only when you generate an apply kit, and isn't stored there.
